"I came here for Auto Insurance and was “insured” with the incorrect information.I had given them my DL number and they still managed to get my identity wrong. Then they gave me a beacon for the drive safe program that was already assigned to someone else.I was told they would look into it multiple times and never received a call back or an update.I had to continuously call to find out what was going on. The ladies are nice but all over the place."
